What is the principal of ECPKA Kit test?
The basic principle is to quantitatively measure the antibodies of the ECPKA. ECPKA stands for extcellular protein kinase A, in normal cells PKA is present in cells, It doesn't leak out of the cell, but in tumor cells, PKA is released outwards so that it can be detected in the serum, thus it is called ECPKA. This kit detects malignant tumors by measuring in the serum the autoantibodies of PKA (ECPKA) that are released outside the cell.
When to perform the test after the surgery?
If you want to check the result after surgery on a malignant tumor, we recommend that you preform the test at least two weeks after surgery.
I missed the right time for test after dropping sample into the kit. Can I get the right result if I use the kit?
We recommend that you drop the serum sample into the kit and put it in AniScanner within five minutes. You may not get a valid result over time. (the test band changes color, and the test results are lowered.)
An error keeps occurring.
It may be that the hospital's network has a problem. If the problem persists, we can visit the hospital to check it out.
I cannot select a scanner.
The main reason why you cannot select a scanner on the website is that the scanner is disconneted to the hospital's network. Please press the power button on the back of the scanner to reboot. If the same error persists, the scanner may need to be relocated where Wifi signal is good enough. If you contact Customer Service, we will kindly help you solve the problem.
